Hoi Luen’s Hard quality PVC alloy are based upon imported resin and combine the special Plasticizer, Stabilizer and special Impact Modifiers. It have the desirable characterstics, such as the high impact strength and ease processing. It can be applied in the engineering productions instead of some engineering plastics. It complies to the European Standard EN-71, ENV-1122, and the American office of environment protection EPA-3050B, 3052B.
